Last month, the actor made an appearance in Doha in a beautiful pastel pink gown from the Italian fashion house that was embellished with countless sparkling butterflies, and this weekend, she made another sartorial statement in the label.
Not one to shy away from all-eyes-on me ensembles, the Lebanese beauty was most recently seen in a gold feather-print brocade top from Valentino, which stood out not just for its gilded pattern, but also for its green feather-detailed sleeves. To do the look justice, Njeim paired the blouse with matching mini shorts, which drew attention to her perfectly toned legs. Take a closer look at her power-packed outfit below.

Nadine Nassib Njeim paired her green and gold outfit with hot pink heels
Given the bold palette of her Valentino co-ord set, one may have thought Nadine Nassib Njeim would opt for neutral accessories. But if there’s one thing we know about the star, it’s that she never does things halfway. Throwing caution to the wind, Njeim paired her gilded outfit with none other than Valentino’s hot pink pumps for a cool color-blocked effect. Adding to the drama of her ensemble was her beauty look. Njeim left her hair open in voluminous beach waves, and amped up her eyes with thick false lashes and strong smoky eyeshadow. Glossy rose lips and a strong dose of blush worked well with the pink accents in her look, while a black manicure kept things from looking too saccharine.
If you’ve got a summer celebration coming up, it may be a good idea to invest in a shorts set like Nadine Nassib Njeim’s that can keep you cool while ensuring you look your best. Below, similar pieces that can help you recreate her look.

Amina Muaddi, Nadine Nassib Njeim, and Huda Kattan Star on Vogue Arabia’s 5th Anniversary Issue

The March issue of Vogue Arabia celebrates two significant milestones – it’s the fifth anniversary of the world’s leading fashion title being published in the Middle East, and it is also the biggest one ever produced, at 500 pages. To mark this important moment, the cover features three Arabian powerhouse women representing Arabia on the world stage: accessory designer Amina Muaddi, actor Nadine Nassib Njeim, and beauty mogul Huda Kattan. Together, they are a powerful symbol of the modern Arab woman, shattering stereotypes of the submissiveness of the past: they are strong, striking, entrepreneurial, and in charge.
The theme of Arabian women taking the region global runs throughout the magazine, as this special anniversary edition sets out to amplify their ever-increasing reach and influence around the world. At the head of the most in-demand makeup brand in the world, Huda Kattan shares her incredible story of launching faux lashes from her kitchen with a US $6,000 loan from her sister to today running a record-breaking beauty empire. Sharp, candid, and empowering, Kattan talks about the discrimination and alienation she felt growing up Arab in the US, moving to Dubai and promptly getting fired in her first job, and the complexities around running a global brand with your family. “As you get popular and people start to criticize you, you really go deep inside and start questioning yourself, going through peaks and valleys of extreme anxiety. Today, I’m not ashamed that I don’t have it all together. I am a hot mess some days… Actually, I’m a hot mess almost every day – and I don’t have it all figured out. It’s OK.”
Amina Muaddi also knows about feeling the pressure of success – and still excelling. As the most sought-after shoe designer in the world, she is busy building her own empire – or, as she says, “I see it more like a universe.” Her distinctive shoes are seen on every celebrity from the Kardashians to Rihanna, yet Muaddi propels herself forward with instinct. Sitting down in Paris, she opens up about personal losses in her life – including the loss of her friend Virgil Abloh – and surrounding herself with a close-knit group of confidants. “God tests you for a reason and that’s my outlook on life. I go from zero to a hundred very quickly, but I don’t hold grudges. I’m fiery and passionate. I’ve surrounded myself with people who genuinely love me and that’s happiness.”
For Lebanese actor Nadine Nassib Njeim, poise and confidence come naturally. A potent symbol of female force in the region, Njeim believes success is about setting goals, working hard, and challenging yourself – and always staying positive. In her interview, Njeim also revisits the painful Beirut explosion, and how the tragic event changed her, not holding on to small things anymore and valuing what is really important. “Positivity proves that life will remain beautiful and will go on, regardless of the difficulties a person is going through.” The superstar also reveals the price she has paid for fame: “The worst part of being Nadine Njeim is losing your private life, because being famous and successful – the price is too high.” She reveals that while she won’t be on screens this Ramadan season, she is preparing to launch her much-anticipated cosmetics brand.

As always, Vogue Arabia is at the forefront of championing female voices. The anniversary issue also features conservationist Dame Jane Goodall in conversation with sustainability editor-at-large Livia Firth, talking about why there are still reasons to hope in a world filled with uncertainty. “Humanity is at the start of a long, very dark, and dangerous tunnel and right at the end there is a little star shining… that’s hope – but it’s fundamental that we realize that hope is about action, not just wishful thinking.” In another inspiring feature, lifelong friends Farida Khelfa and Carla Bruni model the latest couture, while French actor Philippine Leroy-Beaulieu – the iconic Emily in Paris villain – further defies age conventions by showcasing the season’s most striking looks. All three discuss life, love, and getting older, and why they feel more confident and powerful than ever. “When you have a similar soul, that’s how you connect. We come from different places, but she is my sister,” Khelfa says about Bruni.

The March issue also shines a spotlight on the new Saudi musicians to listen to now, while model and social entrepreneur Elisa Sednaoui Dellal finally finds her way home to Egypt after two years of a pandemic-enforced separation, in a moving feature where she visits, for the first time ever, one of her architect father’s most personal projects. Reconnecting with her past and future, Sednaoui Dellal shares, “What makes me Egyptian is my love for life and human connection.” The edition also salutes Aquazzura on its 10th year in a special shoot with Princess Maria-Olympia of Greece and Denmark, and gets a fascinating look at the extraordinary works His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Abdullah Al Thani is lending to the Hôtel de la Marine in Paris – The Al Thani Collection includes Islamic works highlighting the art of Ottoman Turkey, Safavid Iran, and Mughal India, showing the sophistication of painting, metal and woodwork, ceramic, and hardstone-carving from a rich and revered culture. This being the fifth anniversary issue, the pages also feature celebratory stories about fashion, entrepreneurs, rising stars, and the region’s biggest talents.

From 2012 to 2022: 52 Pictures Charting Nadine Nassib Njeim’s Style Evolution

From 2012 to 2022: 52 Pictures Charting Nadine Nassib Njeim’s Style Evolution

For Nadine Nassib Njeim, being Miss Lebanon 2004 and the most followed Lebanese female actor means dressing the part. After winning the beauty pageant, and later being propelled into the movie industry, Njeim embodied the style of a quintessential Arab star, even if it warranted taking risks.
The actor went from one daring ensemble to the next while always flying the flag for homegrown talent. A fan of plunging necklines, hourglass silhouettes, and lot of dazzle, some of her most extraordinary dresses came from Antoine Kareh, Nicolas Jebran, and her favorite, Zuhair Murad. The fellow Lebanese’s signature fringes, embroidery, power shoulders, and short hemlines were a major part of Njeim’s work wardrobe. And so, it was none other than Murad to be enlisted by the actor for one of the most important days of her life. For her wedding to now ex-husband Hadi al-Asmar, Njeim was dressed in a dreamy princess-worthy gown with a big tulle skirt and an oversized silk bow at the back.
Over the years, the mother-of-two has seamlessly incorporated the designer’s style into her own, which includes everything that inspires confidence. The former Vogue Arabia cover star‘s career progression and her penchant for risk-taking saw her gravitate towards blazers and pantsuits, all while still keeping her looks glamorous. Now playing to her strengths, the actor has swapped the short hems for floor-grazing ones with thigh-high slights, and even opts for high necks, provided that they are accompanied with sharp shoulders. If Njeim’s public outfits showcase her love for Arab designers, her personal style hints at her indulgence in logomania with brands like Gucci and Givenchy. Taking on a much more relaxed, and athletic side, her off-duty wardrobe consists of sweater tops, cardigans, and denim.

Celebrities had an eventful couple of days in terms of fashion this week. To start things off, the Joy Awards in Saudi Arabia lit up the city of Riyadh with a star-studded guest list. Among the best dressed there were Nadine Nassib Njeim, who attended in a slinky black backless gown with crystal detailing by Aden Fashion, and Nancy Ajram, who went all-out in a gold Alexandre Vauthier number.

As the week progressed, all eyes were on Rihanna, who broke the news about her pregnancy with never-seen-before snapshots that revealed her baby bump. In true RiRi style, the musician chose a cool sartorial look for the big reveal—a hot pink vintage jacket from Chanel’s fall 1996 collection by Karl Lagerfeld, which was topped off with layers of pearls and gemstones. It’s safe to say that Rihanna’s maternity looks will inspire thousands of expecting moms to spruce things up with their pre-baby outfit picks as well.

Another celebrity who took over our Instagram feeds over the past few days was Jennifer Lopez. ICYMI, the star’s next film, Marry Me, releases soon, and J.LO currently has her hands full with promotional outings, which have been accompanied by a series of ‘gram-worthy OOTDs. This week, Lopez nailed the matchy-matchy trend in back-to-back layered looks, ranging from a snakeskin print Roberto Cavalli ensemble to a hot pink Valentino look, all of which were shared on stylist Rob Zangardi’s feed.

And that’s not all. Among this week’s most fashionable posts were the first look of Kim Kardashian‘s new campaign shots for Balenciaga, and Copenhagen Fashion Week’s most colorful, quirky street style moments. For SATC fans, there was no missing the final episode of And Just Like That…, which saw Carrie Bradshaw have a big fashion moment in an extravagant off-shoulder Valentino gown in a bold shade of tangerine. Never one to do things half-heartedly, the Sarah Jessica Parker paired the piece with bold pink gloves. Want more? Start scrolling to get in on all the action.

Nadine Nassib Njeim Kickstarts Her Birthday Celebrations With a Surprise Bash

Nadine Nassib Njeim turns 38 on Monday, January 7, but that doesn’t mean the Lebanese star is going to wait for D-Day to start celebrating the milestone moment. Currently traveling, the actor received a sweet surprise while staying at The St. Regis Downtown Dubai, which served as the perfect beginning note of what’s likely to be an action-packed weekend.
Just minutes ago, Njeim took to Instagram to share a playful video of herself dancing in her hotel room, which was decked out with black and gold balloons, and a large gold banner that read out “Happy Birthday NNN”. The star was also surprised with a golden revolving cake installation, which came decorated with some of her most iconic snapshots and hidden fairy lights. Given that she’s enjoying a few days off, Njeim shot the video in an easy casual look that’s perfect for the weekend. Check it out below.

Nadine Nassib Njeim’s casual birthday look proves that denim is always a good idea
In her video, Nadine Nassib Njeim was seen enjoying her birthday surprise in a comfy denim-on-denim look. The star wore a pair light wash high-waisted jeans in a relaxed silhouette, which matched perfectly with her cropped denim jacket. Instead of wearing the layer as one normally would, Njeim gave her nod to the ‘shrobing’ trend by sliding the shoulders of her jacket back, revealing a snug tank top in a warm shade of brown. The top’s earthy hue instantly elevated the casual look and gave it a luxe spin.
To complete her OOTD, Nadine Nassib Njeim went with her fail-safe beauty look, highlighting her striking features with contour, and leaving her lush locks open in waves and swept to one side. That, paired with the neutral palette of her outfit, created a fail-safe off-duty look that’s equal parts comfortable and cool. It’s safe to say that the rest of the star’s birthday weekend is going to be just as fun as today was.

This week, all eyes were on Paris, where the latest haute couture collections of the world’s favorite labels were revealed during Paris Fashion Week. Azzedine Alaïa’s Pieter Mulier opened the week with a stand-out show that earned him a standing ovation, while the models at Schiaparelli took us to a whole new planet in a series of whimsical, yet sinfully decadent looks in a palette of black, white and sunshine gold. As the week progressed, Chanel topped trending charts with Charlotte Casiraghi riding a horse down the runway, and Zuhair Murad‘s vibrant collection, which took inspiration from the world of pirates, had us all filled with a sense of wanderlust.

Fashion week, of course, always comes with its fair share of viral street style moments, and this time around, it was Kanye West and Julia Fox that had everyone’s attention. Fox attended the Fendi showcase on January 23 in a quirky all-denim look by Schiaparelli, complete with chunky gold heart earrings and the darkest of smoky eyes.

And that’s not where the sartorial excitement ended. Representing the home turf, both Amina Muaddi and Karen Wazen gave us a crash course in nailing street style while in Paris this week too. While Muaddi’s most-loved look was an animal print mini dress by Dior, Wazen gave us party dressing goals in a slinky blue maxi with a thigh-high slit.

Closer to home, Saudi Arabia had a big fashion moment to celebrate this week, with Dolce & Gabbana’s very first show in the Kingdom. Held at Al Ula, the regal night presented the fashion house’s Alta Moda, Alta Sartoria, and Alta Gioielleria pieces. The very same evening, the city of Riyadh lit up for the 2022 Joy Awards as well. The awards night had several Arab celebrities bringing their A-Game to the red carpet, with Nancy Ajram going for gold in Alexandre Vauthier, and Nadine Nassib Njeim dazzling in a backless black gown adorned with crystals.

On the evening of January 27, the stars descended on Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, on occasion of the 2022 Joy Awards. Hosted under the patronship of of Turki Al Sheikh, the Royal Court and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the General Authority for Entertainment, the awards ceremony was attended by some of the most-loved stars of the Arab world, all of whom brought their sartorial A-game to the purple carpet. Among the most interesting looks of the evening was that of Lebanese actor Nadine Nassib Njeim, who sauntered in dressed in an elegant black gown that may seem simple at first sight, but was, in reality, anything but. Keep reading to find out what made it such a unique pick.

Seemingly crafted in black velvet, Nadine Nassib Njeim’s gown was created by Beirut-based label Aden Fashion. The full-sleeved, body-hugging number came with a delicate string of crystals along its modest neckline and sleeve hems. The star detail of Njeim’s look, however, was its risqué low back, which was adorned with multiple rows of dangling crystals. To allow the statement back of her gown to take centre stage, the actor styled her hair in a romantic half-up, half-down do, and pulled her chestnut waves to the front. To match with the embellishment on her ebony gown, Nadine Nassib Njeim opted for a black Jimmy Choo clutch with its own crystal work, along with matching Aquazzura heels.

No awards look is complete without the right jewelry, and with her slinky gown, Njeim opted for stunning emerald and diamond earrings from Lebanese jewelry house Tufenkjian. She also added on a gorgeous ring for the evening.
If you thought black was basic, Nadine Nassib Njeim’s ensemble from the Joy Awards will definitely change your mind. Are you bold enough to wear a backless gown like hers?

Mona Zaki to Dorra Zarrouk: The most beautiful gold gowns from Vogue’s Ball of Arabia 2021

Mona Zaki to Dorra Zarrouk: The most beautiful gold gowns from Vogue’s Ball of Arabia 2021

Last night, Vogue Arabia brought together a selection of local and international stars, influencers, designers and royalty to celebrate 50 years of the United Arab Emirates at the second edition of the Ball of Arabia. Held at Raffles The Palm Dubai and presented by Level Shoes and Audi Middle East, the gala dinner wasn’t like any of its kind. Co-chaired by Ingie Chalhoub, Huda and Mona Kattan, Mona Zaki and Zuhair Murad, the once-in-a-lifetime celebration highlighted the very best of the region with a series of cultural experiences curated by the General Women’s Union, and also paid homage to the nation with an all-gold dress code.
Naturally, Vogue Arabia’s line up of guests joined in the festivities in a series of show-stopping gilded ensembles. While Huda Kattan chose a strapless Michael Cinco number, sister Mona Kattan posed for cameras in a full-sleeved Zuhair Murad creation dotted with pink and green jewels, and Ingie Chalhoub designed a champagne gold gown for the evening out. On-screen icon Mona Zaki also went with Zuhair Murad for the evening, picking a caped embellished gown with a risqué slit, which she later switched for a shorter, party-ready gold outfit with playful cut-outs. Another star who changed their look during the celebration was Dorra Zarrouk. The Tunisian actress walked in dressed in an armor-like gilded creation, and later slipped into an elegant off-shoulder gown by Géyanna Youness Haute Couture.

Never one to shy away from high-shine glamour, Ball of Arabia’s host, Jessica Kahawaty was among the first stars to arrive at the venue. Her pick: another Zuhair Murad, doused in sequin work and topped off with a full-length cape. Then there was Rym Saidi, who walked in wearing pleated gold Rami Al Ali maxi. “Gold is the most beautiful, luxurious color,” she revealed to Vogue Arabia while describing her look for the evening. “It’s almost Christmas, the end of the year, so tonight is a great occasion to wear gold.”
One of the most noteworthy gold ensembles from the evening came via former cover star Rawdah, who had her golden moment in a sparkling abaya by Tina Steffenakk Hermansen, complete with matching gloves. To check out more must-see celebrity looks in gold from the evening, start scrolling.
