Equipped with a quiet nostalgia, Malone Souliers presents a collection that is somehow radically modern while paying an ode to the past. Space age accents and timeless allure merge to conjure past visions of the future – an idea that has long obsessed fashion imagination, think mirrored skyscrapers, hover cars, and luminous bubble domes painting a vision that is just as exciting as it is imposing.

This sleek aesthetic is what the latest campaign from the brand mirrors. A glossy backdrop of smooth surfaces and curved structures offers the perfect canvas for the season’s daring silhouettes, innovative textures, and dazzling embellishments. Keeping in mind the inventive spirit of Malone Souliers, long-time favorites from the brand are reimagined in fresh guises while completely new styles offer even more.

Markle, a knee-high boot in gradient rose gold and blue metallic nappa seems almost extraterrestrial in nature, while its handbag counterpart, Divine, appears in the same glimmering finish as well as a classic black. Elsewhere, light-reflecting crystals adorn the Uma sandal, while the Josia mule and Vilma slingback both confidently display a new glittering disc decoration.

“Retrofuturism offers a means of escapism from the uncertainty of our daily lives. The movement evokes feelings of hope, creativity, and the potential for a brighter future. Fashion is the ultimate form of escapism, so translating these key themes into a collection of dynamic shoes and bags was a true joy,” said Coco Fong and Valerio Bava, co-creative directors at Malone Souliers.
The Malone Souliers AW23 collection is available to shop at the flagship Mount Street store in London, in Harrods London, and online on Malonesouliers.com.

Medieval motifs were fused into the collection
Embracing the allure of the medieval era, the garments became a harmonious fusion of contemporary fashion and timeless symbolism. Sequined Tudor roses bloomed across armored shoulders, infusing the designs with romanticism, including gothic motifs like gilded bees and embroidered foliage. At the bottom hems, wispy feathers gently swayed, lending an ethereal touch of near-transparency.
